Information pursuant to art. 13 EU Regulation no. 679 of 27th of April, 2016

The undersigned Palazzo Blu Foundation, as Data Controller, informs you, pursuant to art.13 EU Regulation no. 679 of 27th of April, 2016 "General Regulation on Data Protection" (hereinafter "Regulation"), that the personal data you provide will be processed as follows:

1. Purpose of the processing

Personal data will be processed for sending information and promotional material through our newsletter service.

2. Legal basis and provision
The legal basis of the processing is the consent you have provided and the provision of personal data is optional. If you consent to the receipt of informative and promotional material through the newsletter service, please note that you are allowed to exercise the right of revocation at any time and with the same ease with which it was previously granted.

The personal data provided by you will be processed by personnel in charge, appropriately trained and operating under the authority and responsibility of the Data Controller.

4. Rights of the interested party

In particular, you have the right to ask the Data Controller for access to data concerning him, their correction or deletion, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing; to receive data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device; to withdraw the consent given, to object in whole or partially to the use of the data, and to exercise the other rights recognized by the applicable law. In compliance with art. 77 of EU Regulation 2016/679, moreover, you have the right to lodge a complaint towards the Data Protection Authority in case it is considered that the processing violates the aforementioned Regulation.
